Sikka Kube uses intelligent design to create a building that it works "on its own". Intended as a IGBC Gold Building, it brings together many desirable features - Sustainable Architecture, Energy Efficiency, Rain Water Harvesting, Green Roofs, Waste Water Treatment and Organic Waste Management & Reuse. Surface extrusions at eastern & southern faces are strategically planned to create self-shading for the building, forming green teraces. The design allows for maximum penetration of daylight while minimizing heat gain and glare and the vertical shadings are incorporated to restrict the entry of west sun however, . The office complex has a wide setback in the front which highlights the green areas that lead to the building entrance. A double height entrance lobby to the office building is provided to add to the grandness and grandeur of the structure.
