Sikka Downtown is a functional yet high-end retail space with offices & service apartments. The complexes facilities are utilitarian, the offices & service apartment have been provided with a separate entrance to segregate it from the retail space and ensure maximum privacy. A large central open atrium allows ample sunlight to stream into the space, adding grandness to the building.

A food court is placed on the third floor with open sitting space. The complex also houses six cinemas theatres (built on the third floor ) that add to the entertainment component of the project .
