The  guiding principle of the project is to create a distinctive sense of place and a new urban experience. Located on the National Highway at Panipat, the project is a variety of establishments that include 3 cinema screens, retail space and the Radisson Hotel. The hotel block is an eye shaped, iconic glazed building, swathed in glass. The design embodies a highly refined and modernist architectural style. With over 95 luxury rooms, 10 suites, 3 banquet halls, a speciality restaurant, a multi-cuisine restaurant, a bar & a roof top infinity swimming pool, the hotel is well equipped. The guest rooms are placed at a major axis to give maximum number of rooms a view of the green roof top & pool side.
