Paras Downtown Square with its iconic design, has become a landmark of Zirakpur. With a total built up area of 46,150 sq. mts., it consists of two basements with the upper basement assigned to a 3000 sq. mt. hypermarket. The ground, first and second floors house the shopping areas and a 1030-seater   multiplex divided amongst four auditoriums. The complex also has an 80 room hotel.

A large steel clad canopy defines the entrance foyer. A large atrium offers an unrestricted view through glass supported by spider fittings with the other facade rendered in structural glazing. The hotel facade is stone and glass clad while its rear consists of aluminium composite panels punctuated by glass windows.

Meticulous planning has seen to it that all shop fronts are visible from the atrium. The ground floor also features a unique arcade shopping amongst various other features. The food court and  entertainment zone are clubbed with the cinema on the upper floors.
