This group housing project is a large apartment, consisting of four blocks with 10 storeys each. The space is designed with a strong form and structural language. A long blue-glazed feature that is set against a snow white background completed the external look of this building. The ground level  is smartl used for social activities including convenience store, club room for indoor and outdoor games.

Flexibility and openness is fundamental to this housing space and this is evident from spacious and airy apartments with large balconies bringing ample light to each flat.
