The project houses two identical buildings housing three popular car brands,. One of them houses Jaguar and Land Rover , its design is distinguished by its clean minimalistic monochrome facade with complimenting interiors. The entire store front is utilised for display while the multi storey building houses the sales and marketing office  , a workshop , a service centre , training centre and a car warehouse.
